Almond Flour Peach Cobbler


Ingredients:  Fresh, ripe peaches Agave nectar Cinnamon Ground cloves Almond flour Salt Baking powder Pure vanilla extract Egg Date Paste Coconut oil

Slice peaches and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with agave and sprinkle with spices. Mix until slices are well coated.

Mix almond flour, salt and baking powder together in a small bowl. Add pure vanilla extract, egg, date paste and coconut oil.

Use a spoon and mix ingredients together until they're well combined and form a thick, pasty batter!

Cobble large spoonfuls of batter together, over peaches, until fruit is mostly covered.

Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown. Plate and enjoy!
