Equipment

  • Whisk
  • Small Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 & ½ cups plain, nonfat Greek yogurt *see note below
  • ¼ cup peanut butter *creamy or crunchy *see note below
  • 2 tablespoons honey *see note below

Optional

  • Cinnamon or cocoa powder to sprinkle atop dip.

Recipe notes:

Greek yogurt: I use plain, nonfat yogurt. Any fat content option will work and if you're wanting to shake things up, consider trying flavored yogurt (I'm sure a simple vanilla or vanilla bean would be excellent)!
Peanut butter: or your favorite nut butter. Sun butter is a tasty option if you want to go nut free. You can also sub peanut butter powder to create a lighter version of this recipe.
Honey: agave nectar or maple syrup will also work. You can use sugar free agave or monk fruit sweetener if you'd prefer a lower sugar dip.

Instructions

  • Measure Greek yogurt, peanut butter and honey into a small mixing bowl.
  • Whisk fast and well to combine and fluff ingredients! You can even get your electric hand mixer out if you want, though I tend to stick to a whisk (less effort)!
  • If desired, transfer your dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle with a little cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional but very delicious).
  • Serve with sliced fruit, graham crackers, pretzels and more!

Storage instructions:

  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight, food storage container for 3-5 days.
