Recipe notes:
No bamboo whisk? Try this: sift matcha through a small metal sieve when measuring it into the bowl, then add hot water and stir with a regular whisk or spoon. This will help prevent clumping.
Matcha: Purchase culinary or ceremonial grade matcha powder for best flavor. Quality green tea powder is pricey but potent, so you'll only need a little bit in each drink! I use The Republic Of Tea brand and typically buy it at Kroger. Be sure you buy pure matcha powder and not a sweetened matcha mix or tea bags.
Oat milk: I highly recommend Chobani Extra Creamy Oat Milk. It's SO good.
