Sheet Pan Sausage And Gnocchi
Crispy gnocchi, savory sausage, colorful peppers and onions. This sheet pan meal is so delicious and extremely easy! Perfect for busy weeknights.

- 16 ounce package gnocchi *see note below
- 14 ounce kielbasa sausage *or smoked sausage of choice *see note below
- 1 green bell pepper *sub any color
- ½ large red onion
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil *or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika *see note below
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Optional Garnish
- Fresh chopped basil, parsley or cilantro. A squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Parmesan cheese!
Recipe notes:
Gnocchi: I use the Delallo brand to accommodate my toddler's food allergies (it's dairy and egg free).
Kielbasa sausage: Make sure to buy pre-cooked smoked sausage, not raw (packaging will specify). You can use any type of sausage you like! Spicy, Italian, chicken apple, andouille, etc.
Smoked paprika: You can also use regular paprika but smoked is EXTRA tasty.
Preheat oven to 425℉.
Cut sausage into half-inch thick coins. Roughly chop onion and pepper into large chunks.
Add uncooked gnocchi, sausage slices and chopped veggies to your sheet pan.
Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings. You can also do this in a large bowl (lid & shake to mix)! I just like doing it on the sheet pan to avoid extra dishes.
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings, ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix with your hands or a spoon until ingredients are well coated in seasonings, then pat into a single even layer.
Place sheet pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy! Optional garnishes: chopped basil, parsley, cilantro, squeeze of fresh lemon juice, grated parmesan.
