Halloween chocolate bark is the best, last-minute spooky treat! You'll only need 3 ingredients and 10 minutes of hands on time to whip up this terrifying treat.
Chocolate chips: I like to use dark or semi-sweet, but use whatever you prefer! Even white chocolate chips will work fine.
Instructions
Place chocolate chips in a large, dry, microwave safe bowl. Water droplets can cause chocolate to seize up so be sure your bowl is bone dry!
Microwave chips in 30 second intervals, on high power, stirring in-between. Chocolate can burn in the microwave so it's important to work slowly and stir often. This should take 3-5 minutes total depending on your microwave.
Stir chopped pecans into chocolate once fully melted.
Spread mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet and decorate! Transfer sheet to the refrigerator and chill bark for 20-30 minutes.
Cut bark into squares or break it apart with your hands for a more rustic look. Enjoy!
Storage:
Refrigerate bark in an airtight container or Ziploc bag for up to 2 weeks.
