Sriracha Aioli Recipe
Easy sriracha aioli (also called sushi mayo) is made with just four ingredients and comes together in a matter of minutes. This versatile sauce adds an explosion of flavor to anything you drizzle it on: salmon, sushi, poke bowls, tacos, burgers, grilled chicken, roasted veggies and so much more!

- ½ cup mayonnaise *see note below
- 4 teaspoons sriracha
- 2 small limes *juiced *see note below
- Pinch salt
Optional mixins:
- A dash of sesame oil or drizzle of honey. Fresh minced garlic or garlic powder!
Recipe notes:
Mayo: Light and regular mayonnaise both work in this recipe. You can even use vegan mayo!
Lime juice: I highly recommend squeezing fresh lime juice for best flavor!
Add mayo, sriracha, lime juice and salt to a small bowl.
½ cup mayonnaise, 4 teaspoons sriracha, 2 small limes *juiced, Pinch salt
Mix until smooth and creamy!
Serve with fish tacos, roasted veggies, french fries, poke bowls, sushi and more.
