Valentine's Day Fruit Platter
A heart shape Valentine's Day fruit platter is the perfect way to celebrate love this February. Fill your snack tray with bright orange slices and colorful berries. And of course, you can include cheeses, nuts or a dip for more charcuterie board vibes.

- 1-2 tablespoons white vinegar or lemon juice *for soaking berries *see note below
- ½ cup blackberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 2-3 small strawberries
- 2-3 small clementines or tangerines *peeled
Recipe Notes:
Vinegar: Soaking in a vinegar and water solution will kill any mold spores present on your berries and keep them fresh MUCH longer.
General: Should you choose to add apple slices to your tray, be sure and soak them with the berries. Soaking apples in a vinegar or lemon water solution will keep them from turning brown.
Fill a large bowl with cool water and stir in 1-2 tablespoons of white vinegar or lemon juice.
Add berries, making sure they are covered fully with water and vinegar solution. Soak 5 minutes.
While berries soak, peel oranges.
Use a colander to drain berries and rinse well.
Arrange fruits on your tray and enjoy!
