List of ingredients:
Popcorn: I love to make popcorn on the stovetop - it's the healthiest, tastiest (and cheapest) way! Another good option? Use a hot air popper. You have more control over ingredients when you make popcorn using these methods. Bagged popcorn can have preservatives and chemicals that aren't terrific for you, so avoid this method if you can.
White chocolate: I like using Nestle white chips for this recipe!
Coconut oil: a dab will make melted chocolate easier to drizzle.
Salt: I personally like stirring salt right into my melted white chocolate, but you can sprinkle it atop the drizzled popcorn if you prefer.
Rainbow sprinkles: delicious, colorful goodness. I like using rainbow jimmies sprinkles but you can use whichever type you prefer. If you use nonpareil sprinkles their color may bleed into the chocolate a bit, which could be fun if you're looking for a watercolor effect!

Expert tips for this recipe:
- Get creative! Feel free to have fun with this recipe. There are so many easy and delicious ingredient and color combinations you can try.
- No coconut oil? Coconut oil is handy in this recipe because it will thin your melted chocolate, making it easier to drizzle atop popcorn. You can get by without it, but evenly distributing your chocolate will be more difficult. You can also use white chocolate candy melts instead of chips. When melted, they reach a nice drizzling texture (without coconut oil). I simply prefer the flavor of chips ever so slightly!
How to store your popcorn:
Store your confetti popcorn in an airtight, food storage container at room temperature for up to a week!

We are huge stovetop popcorn fans in this household! Hubby and I have made stovetop popcorn for all of our 38 years of marriage. We always wonder how many pieces of popcorn we have eaten in that amount of time. We will definitely try your recipe!! Pinned 🙂
