Equipment

  • 1 Frothing wand *Highly recommended for perfect cold foam. You can also shake ingredients in a lidded jar for similar texture, but it won't be quite as creamy and fluffy.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin sauce *see note below
  • 2 tablespoons half and half
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • cup cold brew coffee *or iced coffee

Recipe Notes:

Pumpkin sauce: I make homemade pumpkin sauce with pumpkin purée, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves & salt. You can use ground cinnamon only if that's what you've got on hand. You can also buy pumpkin sauce if you don't want to make your own! This Torani Pumpkin Sauce is highly rated.

Instructions

  • Drizzle pumpkin sauce into a small glass cup or jar.
    1 tablespoon pumpkin sauce
  • Add half & half and heavy cream to the pumpkin sauce.
2 tablespoons half and half, 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • Use a frothing wand to blend ingredients. Froth 30-45 seconds for the perfect texture. Over blending can create a stiff mixture, rather than a creamy cold foam that melts into your coffee.
  • Add ice to a 16 ounce cup and fill approximately three quarters full with cold brew.
    ⅔ cup cold brew coffee
  • Pour pumpkin cold foam on top of the coffee and sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
