Layer chips, browned hamburger, cheese, black olives, beans and any other toppings you desire. Bake for 5-10 minutes and there you have it! A tasty treat for the family to share, it's even gluten free!
I also highly suggest drizzling or dipping these nachos in homemade Baja sauce or creamy poblano sauce. They are both SOO good!

How to make nachos:
Keep scrolling for the full recipe. We’ll start here with a quick rundown!
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef on the stovetop and drain excess fat.
- Layer corn tortilla chips on large and cover with two thirds of your toppings & cheese.
- Add a second, thinner layer of chips and cover with remaining toppings.
- Finish with cheese and bake for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve with salsa, avocado, tomato, sour cream, etc.
- Enjoy!
Handy tips:
- Don't overbake: no need to bake your nachos for long! Just leave them in the oven until cheese fully melts into gooey goodness. If they bake much longer, cheese will become crispy.
- Taco seasoning: You can buy taco-seasoning mix at the store, but if gluten is an issue for you, make sure to find a brand that is specified as gluten-free (many are not). To avoid additives and gluten, you can also make your own taco seasoning at home. It's super easy!
